Tharaa was not founded from a business plan or a boardroom discussion. It emerged from years of hands-on experience within educational settings, working alongside students, educators, school leaders, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Throughout this journey, one belief continued to grow stronger: education has the power to transform lives, yet there is still so much more that educational institutions can achieve when they are equipped with the right systems, the right people, and the right support.
Working across diverse areas of education, particularly inclusive education, revealed both the progress being made and the opportunities that remain untapped.
