Tharaa Fahed
Founder & CEO
Tharaa Fahad is an educational consultant, human development trainer, and capacity-building specialist with extensive experience in inclusive education, school improvement, educational leadership, and workforce wellbeing.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, along with professional qualifications in educational and family counseling, Tharaa has dedicated her career to supporting schools, educators, organizations, and individuals through practical, sustainable, and evidence-based approaches to development and growth.
Throughout her professional journey, she has held leadership roles within international school settings, including leading student support services, coordinating inclusion programs, and overseeing talent development initiatives. Her expertise spans inclusive education, early intervention, learning support, professional development, leadership development, and institutional capacity building.
As a certified trainer and human development practitioner, Tharaa has designed and delivered training programs for more than 2,000 educators, specialists, leaders, and professionals across a wide range of educational, personal, and professional development fields. Her work extends beyond the education sector to supporting organizations in creating healthier and more productive workplace cultures.
She also delivers workshops and wellbeing programs for workplaces, focusing on employee wellbeing, resilience, work-life balance, psychological safety, communication, and personal effectiveness. Through these programs, she helps organizations strengthen employee engagement, enhance workplace culture, and support sustainable performance.
Driven by a vision to strengthen educational quality, human potential, and organizational effectiveness, she founded Tharaa to provide Saudi-led educational consulting, training, and capacity-building services that combine international best practices with a deep understanding of the local context.

Dr.h.c. Faiza Mubeen
Strategic Consultant for Inclusive Education & School Development
Dr. h.c. Faiza Mubeen is an accomplished educational leader, inclusion specialist, and strategic advisor with extensive experience in establishing and leading inclusive education systems across international school settings in the GCC region. She currently serves as Director of Inclusion and Senior Leadership Team member at Beech Hall School Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she is the Founding Director of Inclusion and Diversity, leading whole-school strategy across SEND, EAL, wellbeing, safeguarding, specialist provisions, and multidisciplinary support services.
Faiza has played a foundational leadership role in the establishment and development of inclusion departments within two international schools, contributing to policy design, operational frameworks, staffing structures, safeguarding systems, student wellbeing initiatives, and inclusive learning cultures from their early stages. Her expertise spans inclusive leadership, neurodiversity, behavioral and emotional support systems, early intervention, school culture transformation, and strategic educational development.
Recognized for her commitment to equitable and student-centered education, Faiza has led initiatives that contributed to Beech Hall School Riyadh becoming the first school in Saudi Arabia to achieve the IQM International Inclusive School Award. She regularly collaborates with senior leadership teams, educators, clinicians, and families to create sustainable systems that foster belonging, diversity, and high-quality inclusive practice.

Maram Alkhaldi
Inclusive Education & Special Education Consultant
A Special Education and Inclusive Education Specialist with expertise in supporting diverse learners through evidence-based educational practices and individualized learning approaches. Certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with specialized experience in learning difficulties, curriculum and assessment accommodations, and the development of teaching strategies and learning resources tailored to students’ individual needs.
She has extensive experience in establishing, developing, and managing inclusive education systems and departments within international school settings. Her work has focused on building effective frameworks and operational processes that support inclusive education, strengthening collaboration among educational teams, and fostering learning environments where all students can participate, engage, and thrive.

A Special Education and Inclusive Education professional with over seven years of experience supporting educational institutions in developing inclusive practices and effective support systems for learners with diverse educational needs. Experienced in designing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), adapting curricula and instructional strategies, and implementing educational solutions that promote student participation, achievement, and success within inclusive learning environments.
Norah also brings experience in school-based and vocational rehabilitation programs, supporting students through key transition stages and preparing them for greater independence and future pathways.
